A story-driven mobile game that helps users build healthy habits and routines incrementally.

The Challenge

It is notoriously difficult to establish and maintain new habits, even when people really want to. In particular, those who are neurodivergent or experience mental illness often face significant roadblocks to creating healthy routines.

To aid users in their quest for a happier, healthier lifestyle, we set out to build an engaging app that provides exciting rewards and positive feedback for completing their habits.

Over 90% of survey respondents reported occasionally or frequently feeling like they cannot form a healthy habit when they want to.

User interviews revealed a major reason people struggle is due to their busy schedules, and mental health professionals emphasized the importance of social support and positive feedback.
